Skills and Attributes

This is the section where the skills will be located and how to use them once they are added to the game.

Attributes are the character’s core characteristics that determine how well or poor the character can perform any action. In this current version of the game, Strength, Dexterity, and Hit points are going to be the most beneficial to a character. The others will be added at a later date.

To add to your character’s attributes simply use the information below as a guide and select the attribute that you wish to increase from the list using the cursor on a computer or the directional pad “UP” or “DOWN” on mobile devices. Once the attribute you wish to increase is selected, you may increase it by pressing the add button on a computer or the “RIGHT” soft key on a mobile device. If a mistake was made simply click on subtract button or “LEFT” soft key until the attribute goes back to its desired number. All the skill points must be used before entering the next section through hitting the “ENTER” button or key.

Strength gives bonuses to the character’s ability to hit an enemy and bonuses to the damage dealt to the enemy. In the future, strength will also determine the type of armor a character can wear.
Dexterity gives bonuses to the character’s armor class, or to the character’s ability to avoid getting hit from his/her enemies. Once implemented, Dexterity will also give bonuses to ranged weapons.
Intelligence in the future will give bonuses to spell damage, crafting magic items and scrolls, and abilities to learn spells.
Wisdom in the future will give bonuses to spell resistance and to the character’s ability to identify magical items without a spell or scroll.
Charisma in the future will allow the character to buy and sell items at shops for a better price and add to the ability to maintain pets or bodyguards.
Health increases for every point.
Mana once implemented, will increase for every point.
